Courtenay Massage Therapy is moving.

On April 10, it will open its new location at 432 10th St. in Courtenay.

This larger, brighter, more accommodating 2,000 square-foot building is wheelchair accessible with six treatment rooms and a yoga room complete with heated floor, yoga props and equipment.

The clinic’s registered therapists offer massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, somatic exercise, yoga, wellness classes and workshops.

Katie White is the sole proprietor of Courtenay Massage Therapy. She started her massage therapy practice in 2010 as a single practitioner. Today, her team includes five registered massage therapists, one craniosacral therapist and four yoga teachers.

She is also planning to hire an office manager, and additional therapists and yoga teachers. Congratulations Katie on your amazing business success.

To celebrate its new location, the clinic is offering free yoga and free somatic classes from April 11-15.

In addition, on April 29, a complimentary craniosacral talk is being offered at the clinic. Space is limited so participants must pre-register at courtenaymassagetherapy.com or by phoning the clinic’s 24/7 answering service at 250-897-0069.

Courtenay Massage Therapy is open 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Friday; and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
