SHAW HAS ANNOUNCED that, along with partnering organizations and community members across Canada, they have more than doubled their goal of raising one million pounds of food. Shaw’s Fill the Food Banks campaign raised 2.6 million pounds across Canada with 8,893.40 pounds coming from the Comox Valley. Shaw is adding to their 350,000 pound match with a cash donation of $250,000. Above, Shaw Courtenay presents the Comox Valley Food Bank with a portion of the cash donation.
