Eighth Avenue artist draws attention of passersby

Self-described “homeless artist” Tyler Wallace took advantage of the beautiful fall afternoon Friday to work on this painting of Courtenay City Hall. Wallace, who was privately commissioned for this work, says he gets $150 per painting, and has worked all over the world. He can be contacted through the Comox Valley Salvation Army.
