Author Mackie at Blue Heron
Author Richard Mackie will present his new book Home Truths: Highlights from BC History at two Comox Valley locations this Saturday.
Mackie will be available to sign books in Comox at Blue Heron Books at 11 a.m.
At 2 p.m. at the Courtenay branch of the Vancouver Island Regional Library, his talk entitled Hearts, Homes and Houses of British Columbia — 10,000 Years of Settlement History will reveal some of the material he and his co-editor, historian Graeme Wynn reviewed for inclusion in this collection.
