RCMP investigating early-morning robberies in Courtenay

The Comox Valley RCMP detachment are actively investigating two early-morning armed robberies Tuesday in Courtenay.

It was reported that a lone male entered two separate businesses and demanded money.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male in his early 20s, five feet eight inches to six feet tall, weighing approximately 190 pounds.

Police are actively investigating these robberies and hope to have more information to release in the near future.
