DOGGED DOG DEFENDERS Willi Drury, Tye and Cassandra Foley were outside the Comox Valley Regional District boardroom Tuesday. They were protesting the ongoing incarceration of Chum and Champ, two Newfoundland dogs whose fate will be announced by a judge Oct. 18.
