Promotional film for the Cowichan Valley hits web
Filmmaker Nick Versteeg and composer and arranger Eric Smith unveiled their new film Once Upon a Day...Cowichan at the Cowichan Theatre last night, earning themselves a standing ovation as the lights dimmed.
Funded by Cowichan Valley businesses and the Cowichan Valley Regional District, the five-minute-long promotional film draws on footage shot of over 100 local musicians, artists, foodies, chefs, vintners, farmers and business owners.
Once Upon a Day...Cowichan is now available online. It can be found at Vimeo, Nick Versteeg's website DV Cuisine and at Tourism Cowichan's website.
