Mental health wellness educational series

The Comox Valley Mental Health and Substance Use Services provide a number of educational opportunities to support the wellbeing of our community.  One of these is a weekly wellness educational series, which covers a variety of topics to help enhance a person’s mental and emotional wellness. Topics include Mindfulness, Improve your Mood, and De-stress your Life, to name a few.

The Wellness Educational presentations take place on Tuesdays, 1:30 p.m. – 3 p.m.  Space is limited and attendance is on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Attendance at 1 p.m. is recommended to register for your first session.
