Comox Valley RCMP searching for stolen painting

Comox Valley RCMP are currently searching for a valuable painting that was stolen from a residence in Comox.

On Oct. 24, someone entered the carport at a residence on the 600-block of Anderton Road in Comox and stole a valuable canvas depicting Buddha.

“You cannot put a price on something with sentimental value,” said Cst. Monika Terragni, media relations officer, Comox Valley RCMP. “This painting needs to get back to the owner.”

The Comox Valley RCMP Crime Reduction Unit is continuing with this investigation and would like to speak with any potential witnesses.
