Theos seeking another term on Courtenay council

Coun. Manno Theos announced Wednesday his intention to seek re-election to Courtenay council in the Nov. 19 provincewide municipal elections.
"I'm announcing my candidacy for a fourth term on Courtenay city council. My nine years as a member of council has provided me with many great experiences.
"I'm grateful to you, the people of Courtenay, for your support in the past. I look forward to continue working with you to create a vibrant community.
"I view Courtenay as a city with many talented and generous people who have established our city as an ideal place to start a career, operate a business and raise a family as well as a beautiful place to retire."
