Two regional district parks have suffered damage to trails due to recent storm and flood events.
At Seal Bay Park, the trail to the beach from Seabank Road has a large sink hole near the beach. The trail is passable but hikers are encouraged to instead use the Don Apps Trail to access the beach.
The One Spot Trail has also been affected just north of Piercy Road, which has been washed out in several areas. The trail is still passable but very rough with puddles.
