Alan passed away suddenly on Sunday, October 5th, 2008. He was predeceased by his mother Pearl Wilson (nee: Ryan) and his father Frederick.
Alan is survived by his loving wife Diane of 46 years; son Hunter (Rhonda) of Shelburne, Ontario; daughter Sandra (Kevin) Robinson of Beeton, Ontario; grandchildren Scott, Kelly Andrea, and Dalton; brother Ron (Robyn) Wilson of Kingston, Ontario; sister Nola (Percy) Sager of Yarker, Ontario.
Alan was a member of the Courtenay and Nanaimo Fish and Game Club. He enjoyed motorcycling, photography, loved to travel, and his guitars and music. Alan was a loving husband, father and friend, he will be sadly missed and ever loved.
A Memorial Service will be held from the Chapel of Comox Valley Funeral Home/Cremation and Reception Centre, 1101 Ryan Road, Courtenay, BC on Wednesday, October 8th, 2008 at 1:00 p.m.
