Komo - Cassie Marlene of Courtenay passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 7, 2002, age 64. Marlene is survived by her loving husband; Bill and by her sons: David Komo of Port Hardy and Kerry (Regina) Komo of Port Alice; and by her daughter Sheila (Rick) Lewis of Prince Rupert and by four grandsons: Joshua, Brandon, Reno, and Spencer. Also by her brother Don (Jerry) McMillan of Vancouver and by her sister Sheila (Mac) McGillivray of Westbank and by her nieces and nephews.
Marlene and Bill retired to the Comox Valley and she enjoyed her garden, knitting and her swimming outings with Bill and the many happy times with her family. Special mention and thanks to Dr. McFadden and to the nurses and staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital, 3rd floor.
