Fera, Christi (Chris) Natale
1947 - 2002
Born May 27th, 1947 in Timmons, Ontario and passed away on October 3rd, 2002 at Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria, B.C. He is predeceased by his father Michele Fera, January 15, 1985.
Chris will be lovingly remembered by his life companion and best friend Anne, his mother Luisa Fera, sister Maria Brutto (Claudio), nephew Gabriel and niece Olivia all of Ontario. He will also be deeply missed by his four legged terror “Casey”.
Chris was a wonderful man of strength and character, full of life, surrounded by a wealth of close valued friends. His passion for sports, love of good friends and a unique sense of humour will be greatly missed. Chris had an unforgettable presence and was truly there for those who needed him. He touched the hearts of so many and will be forever in our thoughts.
Prayers will be offered on Wednesday, October 9th, 2002 followed by viewing and visitation for family and friends at 7:00 PM at Christ the King Parish, Courtenay, BC. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, October 10th, 2002 at 12:00 PM from Christ the King Parish with interment to follow at Courtenay Civic Cemetery. A reception will be held at the Coast Westerly Hotel from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Donations as an expression of sympathy can be made in Chris’ memory to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, B.C., Branch #320, 1600 West 6th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C. V6J 1R3. PIERCY’S FUNERAL HOME is entrusted with the arrangements.
