Chris passed away on April 15, 2010 at home. He was born in St. Cloud, Minnesota on May 3, 1949.
Chris was predeceased by his father, Don C. Braun and mother, Marie Braun. He is survived by his wife and lifetime friend, Lynda; loving daughter, Tanya; son-in-law, Raju; brothers: Charles Braun (Marilyn, Nicholas), Joel (Jackie, Trenton), Allan Michaud and family and sister, Judy Laxen; brother-in-law, Gordon Rennie (Vickie, Michelle, Liefe and Lucas) and his birth mother, Marion Michaud. Chris is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law, as well as many friends in the community and around the world.
We would like to extend a special thank you to everyone who supported us through this past year and especially to Dr. Woldnik and staff for their exceptional care as well as the Cumberland Pharmacy, Home Support and Hospice for making it possible for Chris to be at home and in comfort.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 24, 2010 at 10:00 am at Piercy’s ~ Mt. Washington Funeral Home followed by a Celebration of Life at the Braun family home located at 4316 Briardale Road, Royston, BC. Family and friends are welcome.
In lieu of flowers, donations to your local Hospice Society would be greatly appreciated.
