Christopher Jon Galenzoski
May 15, 1976 - June 22, 2002
With his loving family at his side, Chris left this world long before he should have. His devoted girlfriend Erin, mother Aarrila, sister and soulmate Michelle, father Gerry, and step-mom Cindi will miss him deeply and forever, along with the many family and friends he came to know in his short life.
An incredible athlete, with everything in life to look forward to, Chris met cancer head on, and put up an amazingly courageous fight for nine months.
He was an inspiration to us all, and if anyone deserved to win the fight, he did.
There is a sadness in our hearts that will take a long time to heal, however, Chris once said to those he wrote to during his illness “don’t forget to enjoy life a little while you’re here.” We’ll try to do that for him.
