Rombough, Colette Jane
June 17, 1963 - May 3, 2005
Colette Jane Rombough passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Comox, B.C. on May 3rd, 2005 at the age of 41 years. She was predeceased by her father Morris, her daughter Michelle and her brother Danny. Colette is survived and will be sadly missed by her husband Gary Rombough, her son Jordan and stepson Sam, her stepdaughters Melissa and Stephanie, her brother Mark (Dee Dee), her sister Suzanne, her nieces Amy, Jennifer and Katlyn, her nephews Tyler and Colton and her uncle John (Francie). Colette was well loved by her co-workers at Quality Foods. The family doesn’t know how to thank the staff for their support through her courageous ordeal. She was an exciting person, who had an infectious laugh, which was often heard, as she enjoyed life and her family. Colette was well loved by everybody she came in contact with at work and the many health professionals who treated her at the Leukemia / Bone Marrow Unit at the Vancouver General Hospital and at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Comox. A Service of Remembrance in Celebration of her Life will take place at COMOX VALLEY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORIUM, 1101 RYAN ROAD, COURTENAY on Saturday, May 7th, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. with Bruce Curtis officiating. Donations in Colette’s memory made to the Leukemia / Bone Marrow Transplant Program of BC, Div. of Hematology, Dept. of Medicine, Vancouver General Hospital, Room 3300 - 950 West 10th Avenue, Vancouver, BC, V5Z 4E3 would be appreciated.
