David Bryan Bosse

November 9, 1982 - September 23, 2017

It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of David in Vancouver.

His memory will be cherished by his partner, Abby Lai, his parents Yves & Joy Bosse, brother Marc (Christine), Tante Helene (David), Tante Francoise (Robert), Uncle Sylvain (Sylvie), Uncle Maurice (Claire), Aunt Donna (Bill), Aunt Sheila (Jim - deceased), Uncle Dean (Donna), and numerous cousins and friends.

David was born in Chicoutimi, QC.  As a military offspring, he lived in several Canadian provinces and Norway.

Arriving in the Comox Valley in summer 1997 he attended Highland Secondary, graduating in year 2000.

After several years of working outdoors - oyster raft in Desolation Sound, local market garden, and Tower Fencing where he was very proud of "his" fences he built at Fields Sawmill, 19 Wing Comox, etc, - he decided it was time to move indoors.

He had a great experience working the 2010 Vancouver Olympics and Paralympics in Whistler, then attended Vancouver Community College attaining a 2-year Drafting Certificate.

In 2015 he joined Amazon Warehouse Vancouver where he was presently employed and looking forward to a long career.

He enjoyed people, the outdoors, fishing, photography, world cultures, politics, humour, art, Bonsai, and so on.

There will be a Celebration of Life at Comox Valley Funeral Home, 1101 Ryan Road, Courtenay, on Friday, 13 October at 1:30 PM, followed by refreshments.
