Dave Storring passed away in Victoria the morning of November 7th, 2005 with his
family at his side after a courageous battle with cancer. Predeceased by his parents, Jerry and Agnes Storring of Tamworth, Ontario. Dave is survived by his three daughters, Judith (Dallas), Katie (Javan), Rebekah (Jeff) and their mother Margaret. He is also survived by his grandchildren Kaila, Cohen and Maddox, as well as his very special step-daughter Paige (Scott). Dave has 3 brothers and 4 sisters residing in Ontario as well as many nephews and nieces. he also has numerous other loved ones and friends - too many to even count. Dave lived his life one day at a time and touched many people with his unconditional love. A Memorial Service is to be held at COMOX VALLEY FUNERAL HOME, 1101 RYAN ROAD, on Saturday, November 12th, 2005 at 3:00 P.M. Reception and celebration of Dave’s life to be held immediately following at Margaret’s home at 2730 Back Road, Courtenay. Everyone who knows Dave is welcome to attend both. In lieu of flowers, donations in Dave’s memory sent to The Terry Fox Foundation, 211-B, 2264 Elgin Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. V3C 2B2 would be appreciated.
