September 11, 1931 - November 4, 2006
Dad passed away peacefully among his family on Saturday, November 4. Dave retired from the Air Force after serving 23 years, busying himself with fix-it projects at home and volunteering in the Union Bay community.
Predeceased by his parents, David and Inez Welch, wife Pauline and an infant son, he is missed by his children: Charmaine (Peter), David, Keith (Trisha), Janine (Ralph), and Tim (Tammy); grandchildren: Jenny (Ian), Mike, Max, Rudy, and the grandchildren he called the “Happy Group”: Cassidy, Kelsey, and Cameron. There will be no service by request. Keith & Janine invite you to a Gathering of Remembrance at the Highwayman Pub on Saturday, November 18, 2006, 1:00-4:00pm.
