Donald Wallace
passed away peacefully at home on October 24, at the age of 84.
Donald was born at the Comox Hospital on August 4th, 1925.
Donald is survived by his wife of 62 years Betty Louse Stewart and his 6 children: Daniel Wallace (Janine), Bonnie Jean, Laurie Anne (Doug), Charels Alexander (Janine), Donna May (Ray), Douglas William (Margo) 10 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 3 sisters Mary Hargreaves, Ivy Tame, Evelyn Bloomquist.
Predeceased by his brothers, Sandy Stewart & Bill Stewart
Donald served his country in World War 2. After which he settled in Courtenay working as a carpenter, and raising his children who he loved dearly.
Donald was a family man who loved family gatherings when all his kids were home.
He loved working in his garden and playing his bagpipes with the Legion Pipeband.
He will be forever in our hearts.
