This is Donna's mother writing to tell you Donna left us to begin her new life. She bravely battled cancer for over 3 years with courage, good humor, dignity and never a whimper of a "why me". She was our hero. She had many dear friends who wrapped her in love and kept her fighting. You all know who you are and I love you all. Donna worked for many years at the Royston Mini Mart. Thank you Farley & Terry for letting her be "The Boss" all those years and being her "other" family. Thank you Jen for taking her kayaking. Donna has a younger brother Darrell Scott, a son Justin and a daughter Kim, all of Victoria. She has two beautiful grandchildren Kaisha and Aaron. She never saw them in the last years of her life, and she loved them so dearly. I am her mother Joanie Gloor and stepfather Jim Gloor. Bless you Jim for taking Donna in your home and heart and becoming the dad she always wished she had.
So my little "Bat Girl" we will love you always. Enjoy your journey.
