of Courtenay, passed away on March 29th, 2017. Doug leaves behind to mourn his passing, loving wife Dorothy Pearce; step sons Dale (Vicky) and Ken (Sandra); step daughters Elaine (Steve), Karen (Al), Debbie (Alex), Wendy (Ken) and Ronnie (Dave); 15 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren; sisters Marg, Viv and Joanne and many nieces and nephews.
Doug served in the Military for 32 years and belonged to the Courtenay Legion. He was quiet, had a good sense of humour, and was truly a wonderful man all the way around. He will be sorely missed by all.
