Patterson, Edmund “Jocko”
Passed away on November 22, 2002 at the age of 52. Survived by his loving companion Arlene; his daughter Paula Patterson and husband Aaron of Courtenay; adopted daughter Jennifer of Courtenay; his son Edmond Patterson; three loving grandchildren: Stephen, Robert and Alexandria; his brother David Patterson of Vancouver; four sisters: Jackie Fourneau (Jean) of Cumberland, Barbra Dawe of Surrey, Brenda Pelley (Dave) of Cumberland, Margo Hill (Tom) of Surrey; also by aunty Jacqueline (Joe) Franceschini of Cumberland; uncle James Patterson (Ruth) of Courtenay; best friend Sam Robertson; exwife and friend Margie Patterson; as well as many good friends. Jocko is predeceased by: grandparents Dorothy and Jock Patterson; parents Davidina and Henry Patterson; brother Gary; and brother-in-law Barry Lovell.
A Celebration of life will take place on Saturday, November 30, 2002 at 11:00 AM from the Cumberland Cultural Center.
In lieu of flowers, donation may be made in Jocko’s name to the boat ramp at Comox Lake through the Cumberland Village office.
