BUTTERWORTH, Edward Arthur
Passed away at his home in Comox, BC on July 12, 2010. He was born in Montreal on July 11, 1935.
Edward was an engineer specializing in energy use: he worked at 3 universities, formed a company that installed heat recovery systems, and was a volunteer advisor for C.E.S.O. in Latvia, Romania, Hungary, Peru and Jamaica. His varied passions testify to an active and reflective life: racket sports, journal writing and poetry, building, sailing, wood sculptures, and Kundalini Yoga.
He was a proud father of his children: Jeff, Jennifer, Jeanette, Joe and Jerry.
