JOHNSTON (nee York), Eileen Anne
May 26, 1940 — March 14, 2010
After a long and courageous battle with diabetes, Eileen passed away peacefully while in Victoria Jubilee Hospital.
Eileen was predeceased by her older brother David and her parents jake and Edna York. Eileen will always be remembered by her loving companion Burnell, her sons David, Vernon (Vianna), ken (Kara), daughter Shannon (Roger) and ex-husband Warner.
Eileen will always be loved and missed by her siblings Jim, Vanda, Olive Jean, Doreen, Linda and Marie.
Eileen's friends and family are invited to a Celebration of her life this Saturday, March 20th, 11 zam at Piercy's Mt. Washington Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, Eileen had requested that donations be made to the Renal Unit at Royal Jubilee Hospital, Victoria.
