Jenkins, Elinor Sadie
1926 - 2003
Born on February 27 in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, and passed away October 6 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Comox, BC. She was 77 and going to heaven.
Elinor was predeceased by her husband Clyde Kenneth Jenkins in 1978, her parents Mary and Carl Allen. She is survived by her two sisters: Mary (Wally) McIvor and Isabel (Lou) Redden, her two brothers: Bruce (Matie) Allen and George (Jeanie) Allen, and sister-in-law Beverly Robicheau.
She is very lovingly survived by her three children: Kenneth Jenkins, Douglas Jenkins, and Debra (Evan) Scarff. She is also survived by two grandchildren: Jennifer and Jamie Scarf, and two great-grandchildren: Destiny and Katelyn.
The family would like to thank Dr. Lundy, Dr. Thomas, and all of the emergency nurses and ICU nurses of St. Joseph’s Hospital who cared for mom in her final days.
