Ethel passed away peacefully at Laurel Lodge in Courtenay. She was predeceased by her husband Thomas, and is survived by sons Thomas and Stephen, and grandchildren Laura and Ian. She was a tireless volunteer always ready to lend a helping hand. She will be greatly missed by family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Ethel to the Canadian Diabetes Society.
A Memorial Service will be held June 10 at 1:00 pm at Piercy's Mt. Washington Funeral Home. A reception will follow the service.
