Passed away peacefully on April 7, 2008 at Cummings Home in Courtenay with her friends Peg and Babe by her side.
She was predeceased by her husband Donald Budge and will be missed by her friends and family.
Born March 18, 1916 in Montreal, Quebec; Frances was very involved in the Telephone Pioneers and retired from Northern Telecom in Montreal in 1980. Donald and Frances relocated to the Comox Valley where they reunited with several fellow Northern Telecom retirees.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, April 11, 2008 at 1:00pm from the chapel of Piercy's - Mt. Washington Funeral Home with Rev. Ray Brandon officiating.
