Gregory - George Wayne, “Hey Kiddo, I’m gone!” peacefully but unexpectedly at home on August 21st, 2003. He will be missed by his loving wife and partner in crime Susan, his #1 kiddo Sabine (Stuart), grandkids Sebastian, buddy Maximillian and Antonie. He will be sorely missed by his siblings Faye, Josephine, June, Jennifer, Georgina, Sharon, Jo-Anne, Ted and Terry. George leaves behind his friends and customers in Ontario and B.C. An open house to remember George will be held on Thursday, Sept. 11, 2003 at Woody’s Restaurant, corner of 4th and Duncan in Courtenay from 5 pm - 8 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to MT. WASHINGTON FUNERAL CHAPEL, 440 England Ave., Courtenay.
