February 11, 1932 - June 13, 2009
Suddenly, at home, after a wonderful day of piddling in his yard, Dad departed to become a bright new star to guide us on our journeys.
Predeceased by his parents, Doug and Rosella, and his siblings: Wally, Mac and Betty.
Left to continue their journeys under his bright light, his loving wife of 51 years, Doreen; his children: Kim, Anne (Dave), John (Nolan); and his grandchildren: Katy and Ali.
Dad's love for "Place" and all the creatures great and small that he shared it with was only exceeded by the love for his family.
Heartfelt gratitude to all of Dad's neighbours, especially Lloyd, whose help and kindness allowed him to stay in his "Place" for this long.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the B.C. SPCA.
Memorial Service to be held at a later date.
