Margaret passed away June 24th, 2004 at St. Joseph’s Hospital E.C.U. She was predeceased by her husband Bill, son Billy and infant grandson Edmond Johnson. She is survived by her daughters: Catherine of Courtenay, Janet Quinn of Qualicum, and Karen Adams of Federal Way, WA; 8 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Mom greatly enjoyed entertaining family and friends, and her flower garden; and was a lifetime member of the Pythian Sisters for over 50 years.
Special thanks to the extended care unit at St. Joseph’s Hospital for the excellent care provided to mom. Also, special thanks to Eric Tope for all the handyman work, friendship and coffee chats. Mom was a friend to young and old alike, and will be greatly missed.
A funeral Service for Margaret McEachren was held on Tuesday, June 29th, 2004 at Piercy’s ~ Mt. Washington Funeral Home with Reverend Ray Brandon officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the charity of one’s choice would be appreciated.
