Henry was born in Steinsled, Russia. He came to Canada in 1926. Predeceased by his daughter Marjorie D. Goerzen. Left to morn his passing, son Robert A. (Margaret) Goerzen, of Edmonton, AB; daughter Roberta J. Goerzen, Abbotsford, BC; grandchildren: Michael A. (Gillian) Goerzen, Nanaimo, BC, Jessica D. (Dan) Smith, Ladysmith, BC & Robert D. (Michelle) Goerzen, Edmonton, AB; and 2 brothers and 2 sisters; wife Mary A.Goerzen, Kelowna, BC and 2 stepsons, 3 stepdaughters, and several step-grandchildren. Henry served in the Army during World War II 1943-1946, joined the RCAF in 1952 and retired in 1965. Owner of Little Guys Foodstore in Courtenay from 1965-1976. He will be sadly missed by family and friends.
