FLANDERS

The Flanders family is deeply saddened and heartbroken to announce the passing of their beloved Jacob. Jacob passed due to multiple organ failure and complications of pneumonia at St. Joseph Hospital in Comox at 3:23 am on Friday the 1st of February 2008.

Jake’s smile could light up a room and warm the coldest heart. He always had a warm hug and gave unconditional love to everyone he knew. He showed you that there were no obstacles you couldn’t overcome. Jake always saw the best in those around him. Jake will truly be missed by all that knew and loved him. Our world was made brighter by his presence and his memory will continue to brighten our futures!!!
