1939 - 2007
Dave passed away suddenly at his home in Comox on June 19, 2007. Predeceased by his wife, Lydia Graham (nee: McDonald) of Eden Lake, NS and his father, Burton of Campbellton, NB. He is survived by his mother Geraldine of Parksville, BC, brothers Burt (Betty) of Comox, Jon (Judith) of Parksville, BC and his sister Ellen (Dan) Ewonchuk of Winnipeg, MB.
Dave will be dearly missed by his daughters Debbie Goodhew of NS, Susan Graham of Courtenay, BC and Leanne Graham of Westville, NS, as well as grandchildren Jessica, Alexander and Lydia.
Dave served in the RCAF/CAF from July 1958 to May 1989 when he retired from the Forces. He was a long time member of the Royal Canadian Legion and was an avid fisherman and dart player.
A thank you to all the home nurses who have cared for Dave over the last few years and a special thank you to Janet for her compassion at the time of our loss. We would also like to thank his caring neighbours, Myrna and Ellen.
A Poppy Service will be held on Thursday, July 5th at Branch 160 of the RCL, Comox at 1:30 p.m.
