Van Valkenburg - John (Van), born April 16, 1931 in Vancouver passed away peacefully December 16, 2003 at Vancouver General Hospital. John will be missed by his sisters: Peg Van Valkenburg, Comox, BC, and Lynne (Bob) Campbell, Surrey, BC; niece Jan (Gord) Loan-Johnston and family; nephew Mike (Sherrie) Campbell and family; and many friends. A Service of Thanksgiving will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, January 10, 2004 at All Saints Anglican Church, 4755 Arthur Drive, Ladner, BC. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
