of Comox, passed away suddenly at his home on March 16, 2017, aged 84. Predeceased by his wife Elsie in 2007, Joe is survived and will be dearly missed by his son Steven (Deanna); granddaughter Laina Hadada McLean (David); great-grandchildren Benjamin and Brody McLean; step grandchildren Miranda and Brett Gudbranson, as well as his sisters Melva and Rose.
In his leisure, Joe loved fishing off the beach in Comox and playing Keno whenever he could.
