June Edna Edberg passed away on March 17th, 2002 at the age of 67 years. She is survived by her loving husband, Raymond; 3 daughters: Cheryl (Dave) Robbins of Courtenay, Miss Laurie Edberg of Courtenay, and Linda Edberg (Ted) Uren of Campbell River; 1 son Gunnar (Maureen) Edberg of Campbell River; 6 grandchildren: Daryl, Joe, Anthony, Adrian, Kyle & Tina; 1 great-grandchild, Elise; and 1 sister Dorothy Giles of Nanaimo. She is predeceased by her father Neil W. Darough and her mother Lillian. She will be missed by everyone who knew her. Funeral Services for June Edberg will be held on Friday, March 22nd, 2002 at 1:00 pm in PIERCY’S FUNERAL CHAPEL with Reverend Ray Brandon officiating. Private interment.
