Kim of Courtenay, passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 19th, 2006. Predeceased by her grandma Joan and cousin “Little J.T.” she is survived and will be lovingly missed by her ex-husband Rick; son Luke and daughter Jessi; parents Bev (Greg) Gerbis of Duncan and Bill (Carol) Robertson of Abbotsford; sister Amy Robertson (Amrit Lalli) and nephew Cameron of Victoria; many other nieces and nephews; and aunt Bobbi Noble (Nick Poushinsky) of Brentwood Bay. Kim was office manager at Tsolum Mobile Veterinary Clinic and in her leisure, enjoyed both her book and running clubs. She had a passion for her children, horses, family and friends and the outdoors. Kim was beautiful, loved, funny, stubborn, brave, strong, loyal, and generous. A Celebration of Kim’s life will take place on Saturday, February 25th, 1:00pm from COMOX VALLEY FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORIUM, 1101 RYAN ROAD, with fellowship and refreshments following in “The Garden Room” of the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, should friends wish, a donation can be made to an education fund for Luke and Jessi. A trust account has been established at the Bank of Montreal.
