Makeef Fullerton “Mak”
Mak died suddenly at Sandspit, Queen Charlottes on Saturday, July 28, 2007, at age 33. He is survived by his adoring wife Rachelle; “His Boy Buddy”; brothers RB, Cayce and Jake; sister Toglia (Greg Titcomb) and Sara; niece Chloe; nephews Jethro and Spencer; his parents Barbara Baird (Lloyd House) and Michael Baird (Cynthia); as well as his grandparents, Pap and Judy Baird.
Mak spent his life as a crabber, who will be remembered for his free spirit, generous and loving heart and infectious laugh and smile. His family was the most important part of his life and he was loved by all who knew him. He will be dearly missed.
A gathering of family and friends in celebration of his life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Tofino, on Monday, August 6th, beginning at 2:00 p.m.
