BROWN, Margaret Isabelle
May 5, 1917 - June 28, 2007
Our dear Mother went peacefully to be with the Lord, her family by her side. Mom is predeceased by her husband Stan and sons Sam and baby Brown.
She will be lovingly missed by her dear sisters Edith, Catherine and Violet; also sons Vince (Vickie), Steve (Jan) and daughters Colleen (Roy) Picketti and Cher (Ross) Owens. She will also be sadly missed by her twenty-one grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren and many special nieces & nephews and wonderful friends; especially her best friend Helmuth.
Margaret’s family would like to thank Dr. Winter, Dr. Wiens and all the exceptional, caring staff at ECU Oceanview for their warmth and love. In lieu of flowers, donations given to Cumberland Community Church or a charity of choice, would be greatly appreciated.
God saw you getting tired when a cure was not to be.
So He put His arms around you and whispered, “Come to me”.
You didn’t deserve what you went through,
So He took you home to rest.
Oh God’s garden must be beautiful,
For He takes only the best.
The Service for Mom will be held at 12 noon at Cumberland Community Church on Wednesday, July 4th, 2007.
