BARZILAY, Margaret Ranger (Love)
Margaret, 75, passed away peacefully at St. Anthony's Medical Centre in Gig Harbor, Washington on November 12th, 2010.
Born June 27th, 1935 in Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia. Margaret was predeceased by her husband, and best friend, John, in March 2009. Survived by daughter Melanie Allen of Gig Harbor, Washington, husband Gary Allen, and sons Braden and Dawson Allen. Also survived by son Peter Barzilay of Victoria, BC, and family, Ben and Jen Parker, and Justin Barzilay. Margaret is also survived by her brother, Robert and Sylvia Love and family of Pictou County, Nova Scotia, and her brother Earl Love of Montreal, QC. She will be sorely missed by her extended family in her beloved Desert Hot Springs, California.
Margaret and John spent 14 wonderful winters with their close friends at Almar Acres in Desert Hot Springs.
Margaret will also be greatly missed by her close friends in the Comox Valley, including the Foster family, and her good friends Marion and Cyril Flynn, and all her lunch friends.
We are all so grateful for all the traveling Margaret and John did this past decade, seeing so many parts of the world, and so many wonderful cruises.
Sorely missed by all.
