Norman was born in the Comox Hospital to pioneer families where he lived his whole life.
Predeceased by his mom and dad, Florence and Mal-colm, brother Hughie and his loving wife and best friend Helen. He leaves to mourn his passing his son Mark (Tammy); daughters: Bonnie McPhee and Brenda (Jim) Rest; brother Malcolm (Maureen); and sister Mary. He was Pappa to grandchildren: Christie, Barry, Celina, Willy, Shahala, Ashawna, Elijah; also his friend and companion Rena; plus numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
Dad was a logger all his life, most of the time as a logging truck driver. The last few years dad loved those casinos!
