Ellis, Norman Henry
January 26, 1913 - November 14, 2005
A resident of Cumberland and Courtenay for all of his life, passed away on Tuesday, November 14th at Cumberland Health Centre.
Predeceased by his wife of 68 years, Margaret, he leaves behind many cherished memories for his family; 2 sons Norman Sr. (Millie) and Bill (Sarita); grandchildren Noreen (Ron), Marie (Don), Michele (Pat), Carrie (Adam) and Christopher (Michelle); 9 great-grandchildren; his sister Alma and brothers Jim and Gordon (Babs).
Norm was a warm, loving husband, father and grandfather. His family was very important to him. If you needed help with your landscaping, gardening or fence building, you just needed to call Norm. He was always willing and eager to help out and all he wanted in return was maybe a sandwich and a good chat. He loved good music, good food and good friends. His family will always remember him for his quick wit and gentle charm.
