Phyllis passed away peacefully on May 19, 2004 at the age of 87. She was predeceased by daughter Joy in 2000. She is survived by 5 children: Donald, Lynn, Wayne, Bonnie and Lori; by 10 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
A private family gathering will take place.
