Phyllis Duncan
Phyllis Duncan Wellings (nee Elrick), born April 19, 1926in Waldo, B.C., passed away on August 18, 2007 at the age of 81 years.
She leaves to mourn her husband, Ken; her daughters: Karen (Jerry) Wong and Linda (Brian) Proctor; son, Larry (Peggy) Wellings; grandchildren: Shawna Proctor, Ben (Angela) Proctor, Gary (Stephanie) Proctor and Kiri Wong; great-grandchildren: Nathan and Nicole Ward, Kaylie Proctor, Lora Proctor; sister, Doreen (Oscar) Johnson and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Special thanks to Dr. Bryant and Dr. Miller for never giving up on our Mom. Heartfelt thanks to VIHA’s Home Care nurses and Community Health workers for their caring, professional support, also special thanks to the nurses on the 2nd and 3rd floors of St. Joseph’s Hospital for their compassionate, expert care.
