Mum passed away peacefully on October 13, 2004 at 78 years of age in her home. She was predeceased by her husband William and her parents Harry and Edith Radford. Phyl will be greatly missed but always remembered by everyone whose life she touched. Loving and missing her are her children Grant (Anne), Ron (Beth), Marj, Dan (Julie), Cathy (Peter) Wilson, and Matt (Penny); 13 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; nephew Steven; brothers Tom (Lorraine) and David; numerous sisters and brothers in-law, nieces and nephews and her Hercules.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2004 at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of Piercy’s - Mt. Washington Funeral Home, 440 England Ave., Courtenay, BC. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated. Arrangements are in care of PIERCY’S - MT. WASHINGTON FUNERAL HOME and CREMATORIUM.
