Randy died suddenly in a car accident on October 13th on his way home to reconnect with his family and friends after an extended time away while working in Alberta.
He was predeceased by his mother and father John & Jessie Walsh. He leaves behind his wife Kim Walsh (Comox), sons: Ely Walsh (Squamish), Spencer Kennedy (Vancouver) and daughter Jackie (Aaron) Kennedy (Courtenay), 3 grandchildren Devin, Mackenzie and Paisley.
Randy was a welder with the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers L359 since 1967.
He touched the lives of people everywhere with his countless interests including flying, cars and snowmobiling and will be sadly missed by his many good friends.
A Celebration of Life is to be held at John & Lynne’s house on Sunday, October 24th. Drop in between 1:00pm and 4:00pm, 2624 Piercy Avenue, Courtenay. 338-7679
