Downey (nee: Visser), Sheila Mary
It is with great sorrow that the family announces the sudden passing of our beloved wife, mother and grandmother.
Born in Comox Hospital on October 7, 1939, where she left us peacefully on September 28, 2006. Predeceased by her parents and survived by her husband of 45 years, Dwaine; daughter Cheryl Jordan, Ed and grandchildren Raya and Dawson; son Kirk, Shirley and grandchildren Chris and Kym; and oldest son Ian; her brother, three nephews and their families and numerous friends. She will be greatly missed and treasured in our hearts. A Celebration of Life will be held in her honour at Halbe Hall in Black Creek on October 7, 2006 at 2:00p.m.
In lieu of flowers a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
