EWANCHUK, SHIRLEY BETH
1931 - 2004
Shirley Beth Ewanchuk passed away on February 15, 2004 at the age of 72 after a valiant effort against cancer. Born in Port Alberni on August 2, 1931, she was predeceased by her husband Mike Ewanchuk and her parents Mary and Curly Taylor. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Diane Rogers and husband Jim; grandchildren Michael Rogers, and Keri Dempster, husband Jay and their children Jordan and Logan. Also by her son Craig Ewanchuk and grandchildren Stevie and Taylor; and by her sister Joan Comeaux, her brother Ken Taylor and companion Terrance King.
The world is a better place because of Shirley and although missed she will not be forgotten.
There will be a private family ceremony. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Canadian Cancer Society in Shirley’s honour.
Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to PIERCY’S - MT WASHINGTON FUNERAL HOME, COURTENAY, B.C.
